MEMBERSHIP:

This fee includes your athlete insurance, and administration costs.  Membership also includes discounts on multiple enrollments, parties, workshops and clinics. This is a $40.00 Annual membership fee and is applied once per athlete (NOT per class).


4 - 6 YEARS OLD

PARKOUR/FREE RUNNING

45 minutes once per week

Perfect for the little one that never stops moving.  The purpose of this program is to teach kids how to move safely and respectfully over and around obstacles.


CHEERLEADING

45 minutes once per week

Loads of fun for those who like to dance, jump around and join in with others.  This class is the perfect balance of basic tumbling, dance and group work that encourages "team spirit" and enthusiasm.



AGES 6+

PARKOUR/OBSTACLE WARRIOR


The program focus is on encouraging kids to safely challenge themselves to conquer things like a spider wall, warped wall, cargo nets, monkey bars, jumping, etc.   Strength, agility, and endurance are introduced as the transition is made from single to multiple obstacles. Parkour is considered continual movement, on, over, around and through a series of obstacles.  Our athletes work at developing their individual body awareness, and control.


CHEERLEADING


At a beginner level this class is a combination of basic tumbling, dance and group work that encourages "team spirit" and enthusiasm. This class would be considered an introduction to the basics of "Cheer".  Athletes works on improving flexibility, strength along with  individual and team skills.



TUMBLING/ACROBATICS


The kids will learn a combination of basic tumbling, balance and flexibility.  This class is not as formal as a traditional tumbling or acrobatics program.  The focus of this class is the fundamentals and basics of skills that gradually become "tricks".

The focus is on strength, flexibility, and skill progression both individually and in small groups.



POWER HOUR - DROP IN
Drop in opportunities are for AGES 9+.  
These are times set aside for athletes to work on skills or try a new discipline.  There is a structured warm-up and floating coaches. This is an opportunity to have kids come in and apply new techniques, or try new skills.  We  will not support stunting or simply crashing into mats.

PRIVATE LESSONS
Get one on one instruction and the help you need to learn that difficult skill or quickly catch up.  We offer half hour private lessons for students currently enrolled in classes.  There is private and semi private spots available.  Also bundle and save on private lessons.
